ABOUT THE ROLE Contract period: Start ASAP — end of 2026 Focus: Handle partner contacts efficiently and with high quality while providing a consistent partner experience. GetYourGuide partners rely on fast, clear, and correct support. We’re looking for a freelancer who can take ownership of day-to-day partner requests, solve issues end-to-end, and keep communication tight, friendly, and professional. YOU WILL: As our Freelance Partner Engagement Specialist, you will focus on operational partner support and account handling: * Manage partner contacts end-to-end: Respond to inbound partner requests via email, clarify needs, and drive cases to resolution. * Deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently: Provide accurate answers, strong follow-ups, and clear next steps—without unnecessary back-and-forth. * Spot patterns and propose improvements: Flag recurring issues and friction points, and suggest practical fixes.
