We are a team of ambitious thinkers, problem solvers, and go-getters working together to build the future of the jewelry supply chain.     ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Junior Fulfilment Executive to join our logistics operations team in Surat. This role will be responsible for coordinating the collection of goods from suppliers, monitoring the platform for ready-to-collect items, and ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers and the internal logistics team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor the platform regularly and compile a list of goods ready for collection. * Coordinate with suppliers to confirm readiness for goods pickup. * Work closely with the logistics administration team to ensure timely collection of goods. * Verify collected goods and accurately update their status in the system. * Ensure goods received at the office are verified and properly recorded. * Mark collected goods appropriately in the system to maintain accurate tracking. * Support the logistics team with quality checks (QC), barcoding, and shipment preparation. * Collaborate with team members and contribute to improving operational efficiency. REQUIREMENTS * 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully. * Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with operational platforms. * Good communication skills. * Basic English proficiency (reading and writing). * Knowledge of Gujarati (written and verbal) is a plus. * Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. * Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required.
