We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to oversee the technical direction and operations of our engineering team. This pivotal role combines hands-on coding with strategic leadership, ensuring technical excellence, team mentorship, and the successful delivery of scalable, high-performance both internal & SaSS applications. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep expertise across frontend and backend technologies, passionate about innovation, performance optimization, and building systems that scale.    YOUR CHALLENGE:  * Lead, mentor, and motivate a distributed team of developers, fostering technical growth and best practices.  * Collaborate with other leads and the Software Development Manager to drive architectural decisions and define the technical roadmap.  * Provide daily guidance and unblock team members across different levels of experience and geographical locations.  * Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of several scalable web apps.  * Translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.  * Conduct code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and security.  * Stay updated on emerging technologies to integrate modern tools and practices into our stack.  * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.  * Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.      TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:  * Proven experience leading development teams in full stack environments.  * Strong expertise in frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend platforms (Node.js, NestJS, Prisma/TypeORM, PostgreSQL).  * Hands-on experience with infrastructure tools like Docker, GitHub Actions, Redis, Cloudflare, AWS, and modern CI/CD pipelines.  * Solid understanding of system design, caching strategies, scalability, and cloud-based architectures.  * Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, HTML5, and CSS3.  * Strong knowledge of Git-based workflows, Agile/Scrum practices, and DevOps methodologies.   * Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.  * A mindset for innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.  Tech Stack You’ll Work With  You don’t need to know everything below, we’re happy to help you grow, but here’s what we currently use:  * Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript  * Backend: Node.js, NestJS or tRPC, Prisma/TypeORM  * Infrastructure: Docker, GitHub Actions, PostgreSQL  * Extras we work with: Queues, Redis, AWS, Cloudflare, WordPress
