Fortune is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Specialist to service Woodman's * You will be responsible for selling, building relationships with store management, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts as well as reporting tasks in a reporting system, with varied merchandising opportunities  * This is a position where you work independently, follow direction, and have excellent communication skills.   * Reliable transportation, clean driving records, valid driver’s license, and maintaining auto insurance are all required     * Location Appleton, WI  * Salary: $18 - $20 depending on years of experience and expertise  * This position is full time 37.5 hours per week   * No Weekends. Fortune * Represent a diverse portfolio of national and regional brands, calling on Woodman's * Function as the primary liaison between store leadership and manufacturer partners to maximize shelf space, promotional execution, and distribution – directly contributing to sales growth  * Pitch new products, secure incremental placement, adapt to quickly shifting business needs while consistently delivering sales objectives in a fast-paced retail environment.   * Utilize mobile technology to take photos, report findings, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently  * Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.  * Must maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores  * Must adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines  * Must be able to perform physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc. throughout the workday   * Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds  * Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.  * Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager  Come As You Are C.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
