Every day, our work helps clinicians make faster, more accurate decisions for patients whose hearts depend on it. We’re now looking for a General Manager to lead our Australian business into its next phase of growth. The opportunity The General Manager, Sales (Australia) will play a key role in accelerating commercial growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, driving sales accountability and performance, and identifying new opportunities across the Australian healthcare market. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially driven individual who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and is motivated by building high-performing teams, driving market expansion, and delivering strong financial outcomes. This is a leadership role with the mandate, the runway and the team to make a real mark.  What you’ll own * Full P&L accountability for the Australian sales business - revenue, margin, growth and profitability. * A national sales strategy that delivers consistent, predictable growth across cardiac diagnostics, sleep studies, echocardiography and emerging services. * A high-performing sales and account management team by coaching, lifting, and holding the bar. * Salesforce as our single source of truth, driving forecasting discipline, pipeline visibility and smarter commercial decisions. * Long-term partnerships with pathology networks and hospital groups at the executive level. * Identification of new service lines, partnerships and acquisitions to fuel the next stage of growth. What you’ll bring * A proven track record as a senior commercial leader or General Manager delivering strong financial outcomes. * Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams in a competitive Australian market. * Sharp commercial and strategic instincts - you can deliver the quarter and build the three-year plan. * Real experience implementing and getting value out of Salesforce (or equivalent) and modern sales methodologies. * M&A integration and post-deal value-creation experience would be a strong advantage. * Familiarity with the Australian healthcare landscape (hospital and pathology networks) is advantageous but not essential. * Outstanding stakeholder, leadership and influencing skills at executive level.
