You help ensure that, from planning through showtime, all elements are executed seamlessly — before, during, and after our events. * You will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of workstreams and you will work with a broad group of in-house stakeholders and external resources, collaborating throughout the monthslong process leading up to each event with teams like Celonis Brand and Design, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, PR and Comms, Sales, Services, Ecosystem, as well as agencies and vendors that provide services for our events.  * To work across various workstreams, it is critical that you have top-notch skills in communication and focused execution — as well as a collaborative and creative spirit. * We’re looking for a hands-on operator who is ready to take on the challenge of bringing our events to the next level and ensuring seamless delivery against our ambitious goals.
