About the Role This is an ideal opportunity for an emerging Graphic Designer who is excited to build a career alongside a collaborative team of writers, designers, photographers, videographers, marketers and strategists. No two days look the same. One day you might be creating graphics for our website. The next, designing social campaigns, supporting business development efforts, contributing to Catalyst magazine, creating conference graphics, or helping showcase award-winning projects across architecture, interiors and landscape architecture. You'll gain exposure to all of LPA's market sectors and design disciplines while working on projects that influence nearly every part of the firm. What You'll Do Working alongside experienced creative professionals, you'll contribute to a wide variety of brand communication initiatives, including: * Brand identity implementation and stewardship * Website graphics and digital content * Presentation design * Social media campaigns * Email marketing * Catalyst magazine * Marketing and business development materials * Conference and event graphics * Recruiting and culture initiatives * Internal communications * Print and digital collateral * Creative brainstorming and design reviews You'll help bring ideas to life while learning how design supports storytelling, business development and brand strategy. We're looking for someone who: * Loves learning and trying new things * Has a strong eye for typography, layout and visual storytelling * Pays close attention to detail * Welcomes feedback and collaboration * Enjoys solving creative problems * Takes ownership of their work * Communicates well with teammates * Can balance multiple projects * Thrives in a collaborative studio environment * Wants to continually improve Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field * 0–3 years of professional experience * Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design, typography and visual communication * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite * InDesign * Illustrator * Photoshop * Experience designing for both print and digital media * Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint * Familiarity with Figma is a plus * Motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus * Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Asana or Mural is a plus What Success Looks Like * Thoughtful, well-crafted design work delivered on time * Growing confidence across print, digital and environmental communications * Strong collaboration with writers, marketers and fellow designers * Consistent application of LPA's brand standards * A willingness to ask questions, contribute ideas and continually learn What We Offer At LPA, your growth matters.
