This role is designed for an exceptional visual storyteller who can pivot seamlessly between the tactile world of premium packaging and the high-speed world of digital E-commerce. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Packaging Excellence: Design of primary and secondary packaging. You will take products from concept to print-ready files, ensuring luxury finishes and brand consistency. * Amazon Visual Strategy: Designing high-converting Amazon A+ Content and product imagery that stands out in a crowded marketplace. * Digital Content Creation: Design high-performing assets for marketing (organic social (Instagram/TikTok), and paid media (Meta/Google Ads). * E-Commerce Support: Utilize Figma to build web-ready assets, landing pages, and digital experiences that optimize the customer journey. * AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (Gemini, Claude, etc.) to streamline workflows, generate conceptual mood boards, and ideate on creative assets rapidly. * Brand Cohesion: Utilize Canva to build out team templates that allow for quick-turn social content while maintaining premium brand standards. QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. Deep understanding of file types, typography, materials, and the printing process. Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proven track record of creating Amazon A+ content that drives conversion and reduces bounce rates. Experience using Canva for collaborative design and Google Suite for project organization. Active experience using AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity. Proven portfolio that demonstrates a "clean, modern, and editorial" design sense.
