Role Overview  We’re looking for a GM/ AVP to drive growth for Lending vertical at Paytm. This role is deeply analytical and focused on reading user and marketing funnels at an atomic level, forming strong hypotheses, and designing experiments to unlock scalable growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Business, Risk, Marketing and growth teams across paytm. Key Responsibilities  ● Own end-to-end growth analysis across the unsecured lending, from impressions and clicks to activation, usage, and credit consumption ● Analyze marketing and acquisition funnels at an atomic level using event, clickstream, and impression data to identify gaps and inefficiencies ● Use tools like CleverTap, SQL, Looker and Superset to track funnel movement, drop-offs, and cohort behavior ● Form clear, data-backed hypotheses and design experiments to validate growth opportunities ● Work with campaign managers in the team to execute experiments, relevant campaigns, review content and suggest improvements ● Lead cohort analysis to understand differential behavior across user segments ● Partner with Product teams to identify opportunities to improve user journeys and reduce funnel friction. ● Identify new opportunities for top funnel growth, both within the Paytm ecosystem and outside it. ● Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders ● Build and maintain dashboards to monitor funnel health and experiment outcomes Requirements ● 10+ years of experience in growth, analytics, or product strategy roles ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hypothesis-driven mindset ● Hands-on experience with CleverTap (or similar tools) and deep understanding of marketing and product funnels ● Strong command over SQL and BI tools (Looker preferred) ● Ability to work with granular event and clickstream data to derive insights ● Experience influencing senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations ● Clear communicator with strong synthesis and storytelling skills Nice to Have  ● Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated products ● Familiarity with UPI, credit lines, or postpaid products Why join us:   Work with a high-performing and passionate product, design, and engineering team.
