This is a great opportunity for someone with early experience in B2B marketing who wants to keep building their skills across outbound, paid media, SEO, analytics, and partner-led initiatives while contributing to real business growth in a collaborative environment. This is an presencial role at our office in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute and optimize growth marketing initiatives across outbound, paid media, SEO, website tracking, and partner-driven lead generation. * Set up, launch, and monitor outbound email campaigns, including audience segmentation, list management, and lead-generation workflows using tools like Clay or Apollo. * Support paid media execution across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, budget monitoring, analysis, and A/B testing. * Contribute to SEO execution through keyword research, on-page optimizations, content alignment, and general technical SEO support. * Track website traffic, campaign performance, and growth initiatives using tools like GA4 and related reporting platforms. * Prepare recurring growth reports with insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement. * Coordinate lead-generation efforts with external agencies and alliances, ensuring visibility of performance and follow-up opportunities. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with business goals and support B2B pipeline generation. * Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, lead quality, and channel results. REQUIREMENTS * 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or a related B2B marketing role. * Professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. * Familiarity working in a B2B marketing environment. * Experience with paid media campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and/or Meta Ads. * Strong attention to detail, comfort with data, and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. * Based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, or available to work on-site from our offices there.
