With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.  Ready to awaken your best with us?    WHAT YOU'LL DO: * You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of business development in our German, Swiss or Austrian market. * You will monitor the online sales of our products to track product performances and identify growth opportunities. * You will collaborate with our operations teams to ensure a smooth supply chain of our products. * You will share your product insights to our marketing teams to help them run impactful and efficient campaigns * You will regularly analyze the market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behavior, competition…)  * You will suggest ideas to improve our customer experience based on customer feedback. * You will be supported by a more senior team member to help you grow professionally and personally. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Currently, you are studying Business Administration, Management, or any related university program. * You speak fluent English and German. * At best you gained first practical working experience in a dynamic environment and are fascinated by fast scalable business models. * You have strong analytical skills can collaborate well and learn quickly. * You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently. * You are available for at least 6 months.
