ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking a highly driven and strategic GTM Recruiter to lead hiring across EMEA for critical business functions including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. This person will partner closely with leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent across multiple countries and markets. The ideal candidate combines strong sourcing skills, operational rigor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping how CodeRabbit scales its commercial organization internationally. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across EMEA, including: Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Commercial & Enterprise Field Engineer. Customer Success Managers, Partnerships & Alliances, Marketing and Revenue Operations * Partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles * Build proactive pipelines of exceptional GTM talent across key EMEA markets * Drive outbound sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative talent engagement strategies * Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach through closing * Advise leadership on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices * Help improve recruiting operations, interview processes, and hiring efficiency * Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations and leadership teams to support international hiring and scaling initiatives * Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction efforts for CodeRabbit in EMEA WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong experience hiring GTM talent * Experience recruiting across EMEA markets and understanding regional hiring dynamics * Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in competitive markets * Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills * Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Experience recruiting for SaaS, developer tools, AI, or high-growth technology companies strongly preferred * Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever WHY JOIN CODERABBIT * Join a rapidly growing AI company transforming how developers review code * Work directly with experienced founders and leadership * Opportunity to shape and scale global GTM teams * Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
