Role type: Full Time Reporting to: Chief Client Officer Estimated Start: September 2026 Location: London What's the role   In this role you’ll develop innovative, challenger media strategies across a portfolio of high-value clients. You’ll sit in the client team, but be part of the growing strategy community at Brainlabs.  With a deep understanding of your clients and craft, you’ll set the strategic vision and build mid-term strategic plans that deliver real business performance growth for clients. You’ll know how to drive marketing transformation, diagnose brand challenges effectively use data insights and optimise marketing/media as a driver for revenue and brand growth and media effectiveness.   What you do * You’ll act as the ‘root cause’ diagnostician of our new business and existing client challenges, never taking their brief at face value  * You’ll be the architect of the ‘aha’ insights, creating moments where you reframe the problem so brilliantly that the subsequent media and creative execution is inevitable * You’ll be a seamless integrator, demonstrating extreme empathy for the consumer's journey, considering the role for each channel and placement * You’ll be an expert causal linked, providing bullet proof evidence for your recommendation and be able to anticipate the measurement needed to deliver proof post activation.  * You’ll lead the end to end storytelling of every response you’re involved in.  Who you are * 12+ years experience of delivering media strategies to leading clients either within a market or across a region * Proven data capabilities and ability to utilise data driven insight to drive media and marketing effectiveness  * A great storyteller capable of translating data into real world insights  * You’re a ‘ knowledge builder’  and are excited at growing and coaching those around you * A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients * A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator * Brilliant at pitching and engaging clients  * A innovative thinker, able to create and deliver challenger strategies How you succeed * You will live our culture code every day!  * You’ll become an indispensable strategic adviser for key clients * Award wins for your strategic approach  * You’ll have a portfolio of high-impact annual strategies for clients and new campaign e.g. new product launches * You’ll have proof-point where you have effectively articulated the strategic role of Brainlabs products and services * Have positive client feedback based on how your strategies have answered clients’ marketing challenge * Have a ‘book of value’ which showcases, through case studies, how your work has delivered material business growth/value for clients.  * Strong internal and client feedback  * Increasing profile in the media world in your market prompting Brainlabs What happens next?
