Investment team: We are looking for a seasoned Head of Trading to become the primary market operator of Casa de Bolsa Plata, a new brokerage firm currently in its pre-operational phase, targeting CNBV licensing in the upcoming months and commencement of operations in December 2026. You will be the first trader through the door. Before a single order is executed, you will help validate the firm's trading infrastructure — OMS connectivity, platform configuration, and trading procedures — and participate in the CNBV inspection that authorizes the firm to begin operations. From Day 1, you will execute client and proprietary orders across equity, fixed income, and derivatives markets.
