Learn more at www.camis.com Now Hiring: Help Desk Technician III About the Role We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Help Desk Technician III to provide advanced technical support and leadership across our help desk operations. This role is a key escalation point for complex issues, major incidents, and system outages, supporting both clients and internal teams. You’ll bring strong technical expertise, calm decision-making under pressure, and a collaborative approach to solving problems and improving support quality.
