Weekends are priority Job Description BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual. Responsibilities * Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) * Support activities of daily living (ADLs) * Perform light housekeeping and laundry * Prepare meals and assist with feeding * Provide mobility assistance and transfers * Offer medication reminders * Assist with range-of-motion exercises * Provide companionship and emotional support * Provide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clients Qualifications * Must be at least 18 years old * Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others * Ability to travel to client homes as assigned * Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Benefits * Competitive pay: $25/hour + mileage reimbursement * Additional $2/hour for holiday shifts * $500 referral bonus * Ability to earn paid time off * Flexible scheduling * Assignments close to home * Direct deposit * PPE provided * 24/7 clinical and on-call support Why Work with BAYADA?
