This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Position: HRM Specialist What will you do? * Dispatched management -Strategic Vendor management -Dispatched operation in volume -Dispatch management process review, update and enhancement * Dispatch HR Metrics management -Build and drive dispatch data analytic to support decision making process * Dispatch employee lifecycle management -Employee data collection and verification -Assist in resolving employee issues and provide necessary support. -Work with business and vendors to oversee Dispatch employee performance and take necessary actions. * Support in operational HRBP objectives. * Other Administrative Tasks:  -Handle and oversee other HR-related administrative tasks.
