Job's Misson As Specialist, People Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to employees and front-line leaders, supporting a wide range of HR activities and contributing to a positive, high-performing work environment. Working closely with Senior People Partners and global stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering both operational excellence and people-focused initiatives across the employee lifecycle. WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON * Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, handling inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and care * Support end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, internal mobility, immigration coordination, and offboarding * Partner with Senior People Partners and legal teams on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and performance improvement plans * Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local labor laws while reinforcing ASM’s culture and values * Contribute to organizational health, engagement, and change management initiatives * Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and leverage data insights to support decision-making * Collaborate with global HR colleagues to drive cross-regional initiatives and strengthen the “One ASM” culture * Support employee engagement activities and community-building efforts WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field * 3-7 years of HR experience (flexible based on leveling), ideally in a fast-paced and/or international environment * Solid understanding of core HR processes (employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, compliance) * Working knowledge of U.S. employment law (practical or academic) * Experience with HRIS systems; exposure to immigration processes is a plus * HR certification (e.g., SHRM) is a plus Key Competencies * Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills * High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently * Collaborative team player with a global mindset and cultural awareness   Ready to join a team where your ideas matter and your work has impact?
