Values (Support • Meet Expectations • Always Do Right • Respect • Treat Like Family)  Pay & Schedule: * $30–$42/hour * SPIFFs and performance bonuses available * Monday–Friday schedule * Overtime and occasional weekends as needed  What You’ll Be Doing: * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems * Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system evaluations * Clearly explain repair options and system performance to customers * Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every call * Communicate with dispatch for efficient routing and job updates * Safely operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle  What We’re Looking For: * 3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service experience * EPA Universal Certification * Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record * Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret blueprints * Strong communication and customer service skills * Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing * Willingness to obtain NATE certification within 1 year (we support you)
