Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming, including parent training and social skills groups.   What You'll Do: * Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans * Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments * Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers") * Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies * Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community-based programming) * Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings   You're a Great Fit If You Have: * Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB * Required: Michigan state licensure * Required: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field * Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching * Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice * Early childhood development expertise   Ready to join a team that values creativity, flexibility, and neurodiversity?
