POSITION SUMMARY: * Job type: Full-time permanent * Anticipated start date: Immediate * Hourly Rate of Pay: $25.74 per hour * Hours of work: 9:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday * Location: 109-6200 Dixie Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5T 1A6 WHAT OUR EXCEPTIONAL COMMISSIONAIRES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:   * Verification of individual documentation and meeting specific requirements of requesting agency * Respond client with background screening related questions and needs. * Must be willing to work at other offices in the Greater Toronto Area, if required. * Processing of payments including cash handling and weekly cash float balancing, as well as bulk billing reconciliation * Working on identifying opportunities for fingerprinting, criminal background checks, and pardon/waiver processing * Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data. * Maintaining effective administrative and operating procedures in relation to fingerprinting, police searches, and pardon applications including weekly and monthly reporting * Other duties as required by Manager/Supervisor WE ARE EXCITED FOR YOU TO OFFER US: * A valid Reliability clearance (with no restrictions) or the ability to obtain one in a timely manner * The ability to speak, read & write fluently in English * An ability to demonstrate diplomacy, courtesy, and maturity in dealing with clients and colleagues in a high profile and culturally diverse environment * Exceptional discretion and the ability to record and maintain confidential information * Solid computer skills (MS Office Suite and Client Relationship Management Systems or other software programs WHAT WE OFFER YOU: * Medical and Dental * Employee assistance program * Family Assistance program * Coaching and counselling support WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR COMMSSIONAIRES As a front-line representative of our company and client’s site you must be highly reliable, work well under pressure, able to work with minimal supervision, have the ability to multitask and be a professional who takes pride in your dress, deportment and performance at all times.
