CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER Salary range: €55,000-65,000/annum WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯 You'll own the full creator partnerships cycle for Almedia — from hunting down the right creators to closing deals and driving performance. You'll lead across: * Sourcing: Identify and approach the best-fit creators on Instagram and YouTube. * Negotiation: Own the deal — pricing, deliverables, contracts, everything. * Execution: Brief creators, manage campaigns end-to-end, and make sure content ships on time and on brand. RESPONSIBILITIES 💡 * Proactively research and identify high-potential creators on Instagram and YouTube * Lead outreach, build genuine relationships, and manage long-term partnerships * Negotiate directly with creators, agencies, and MCNs — and close * Own campaigns from briefing through to go-live and performance review * Track and analyse campaign KPIs (CPM, CPI, ROAS) and iterate fast * Maintain and scale a structured creator database * Work closely with Performance Marketing and Creative to align on strategy WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟 * 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or a similar role * Deep knowledge of Instagram and YouTube — formats, trends, what actually converts * Proven experience negotiating with creators or agencies * Data-driven — you know your metrics and use them to make decisions * Strong communicator in German and English * High ownership mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do Bonus: * Experience with creator tools like Modash, Grin, or similar * Background in performance marketing or mobile user acquisition * An existing creator network you can tap into WHY ALMEDIA? 🎁 * Own Our Growth: We offer all Berlin-based employees equity in Almedia to truly be a part of our success. * Scale With Almedia: Grow alongside a startup that has been profitable from day one. * Central Berlin Office: Work from a fully-stocked modern office built for collaboration, accessible from all around Berlin. * Other Benefits: Transport subsidy, breakfasts and lunches, language learning, Urban Sports Club, and more.
