In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, engaging prospects and customers to drive new business. What You'll Do * Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing prospect and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. * Make outbound calls to generate and qualify new sales opportunities. * Build rapport with prospects, understanding their needs and positioning relevant solutions. * Maintain accurate records of all call activity, prospect details, and follow-ups in the CRM. * Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities. * Stay current on industry trends, particularly within the automotive space, to speak knowledgeably with prospects. * Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and activity targets. * Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude throughout every interaction. Required Qualifications * Strong phone communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice. * Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily. * Working knowledge of or strong interest in the automotive industry. * Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software. * Ability to work in-office in Lubbock, TX, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
