About the Role  Campus is seeking experienced, mission-driven, student-centered instructors to deliver high-impact, online courses as part of our many programs. What You’ll Teach Courses are offered in the following subject areas: * Accounting * Artificial Intelligence * AWS Certification * Business * Calculus * College Readiness * Communications * CompTIA Certification * Cybersecurity * Economics * English * Entrepreneurship * Finance * Government & History * Healthcare * Information Technology * Law * Life Science * Logic & Critical Thinking * Management * Marketing * Mathematics * Software Development * Statistics Academic Responsibilities and Essential Functions * Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies. * Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation. * Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours. * Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community. * Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course, including mentoring the TA on effective grading and student engagement practices. * Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit mid quarter and end of quarter evaluations. * Collaborate with peers and Campus staff to share best practices and continuously improve instruction. * Contribute to co-curricular programming (e.g., speaker series, networking events) to enrich the student experience. * Stay current on industry and pedagogical trends relevant to your subject area and online teaching, including the effective use of AI tools embedded in our curriculum. Requirements * Master’s degree in your subject area. * At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills. * Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing. * Digital fluency and ability to effectively incorporate AI-powered educational tools into instruction. * Proactive, reliable, and committed to high-quality online education. * Passion for equity, access, and supporting students from diverse backgrounds. * Available to commit 8-10 hours per week per course, with some flexibility for training.
