Whether you’re new to insurance or already have sales experience, you’ll benefit from comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear advancement pathway—including opportunities for leadership roles and eventual agency ownership.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policyholders * Conduct personalized client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend coverage * Sell and cross-sell insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies * Build and nurture strong client relationships with continuous support and policy reviews * Achieve and exceed individual sales goals to contribute to agency growth * Stay up to date on product knowledge and compliance requirements * Use CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and oversee policy renewals * Take part in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies   WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Minimum one year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred) * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills * Confidence with outbound calls and closing sales * Coachable attitude and willingness to learn * Excellent organizational and time management abilities * Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain) * Bilingual skills are a plus   WHY JOIN US?
