HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: * Contribute to the design and development of complex architectural projects from concept through delivery * Translate client, stakeholder, and community aspirations into thoughtful architectural solutions rooted in sustainability and performance * Support the resolution of design and technical challenges while helping maintain design intent throughout project phases * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architecture, structure, and building systems into cohesive design solutions * Participate in client meetings, presentations, and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction to support project success * Contribute to a collaborative studio environment by sharing knowledge, supporting team members, and advancing design quality and innovation WHO YOU ARE: * 5-10 years of experience working on complex architectural projects; aviation and/or transit experience is preferred but not a requirement * Professional degree in Architecture required; registration or progress toward registration is considered an asset * Demonstrated ability to contribute to project design from conceptual development through technical documentation and * construction administration * Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM platforms, with experience producing and coordinating architectural documentation * Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary consultant teams and coordinating design deliverables * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to clients, stakeholders, and project teams * Experience supporting project pursuits, competition submissions, or proposal development is considered an asset * LEED AP or other sustainability-focused credentials are considered an asset Don’t meet every single requirement?
