It makes a difference!  What you'll do:  * Lead the charge in optimizing cloud costs and resource utilization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.  * Implement and maintain FinOps governance structures to streamline processes and centralize  operations.  * Collaborate with engineering teams to design cost-effective services, identifying rate reductions and cost avoidance opportunities.  * Drive accountability within engineering teams for the cost and quality of applications/services.  * Engage in rightsizing, workload management, and the elimination of unused resources to enhance efficiency.  * Monitor spending patterns and detect anomalies to inform budgeting and forecasting.  * Contribute to the development of new features and products with a keen eye on cost implications.  * Facilitate cost allocation and deliver insights on infrastructure costs relative to revenue and service utilization.  What you'll need:  * Univeristy degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development * Advanced English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.  * A unique blend of finOps practices and engineering knowledge with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud environments.  * Ongoing work on cloud cost optimization and governance.
