The International Tax Director will execute all aspects of international tax including compliance, transfer pricing, and planning. The International Tax Director will manage a team of tax professionals, collaborate with external advisors, and work closely with finance, legal, and business units to support global tax initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support IP and tax structure planning to maximize tax efficiency  * Direct global tax compliance  * Direct international quarterly and year-end accounting for income taxes (ASC 740).  Direct international tax provisions for foreign statutory financials * Execute the Company's global transfer pricing strategy and policy including monitoring controlled transactions, transfer prices and adjustments * Prepare and maintain intercompany agreements and allocations * Review the tax components of certain customer agreements * Review business initiatives to determine the tax impact   * Direct corporate international tax research and interpretation * Manage international tax audits  * Direct post-acquisition integrations * Work closely with Treasury in managing cash globally * Coordinate with outside tax consultants and contractors for various tax projects  QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, MST or LLM (Taxation) preferred) EXPERIENCE: * 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, with at least 5 years in a leadership role * Strong compliance and planning experience in a multi-national, multi-entity environment including the areas of: BEAT, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, OECD Pillar Two, Check the Box Principles, U.S. Tax Treaty Research and Interpretation, Intellectual and Intangible Property Planning, and Transfer Pricing * Working knowledge of international taxation in Europe and Asia SKILLS: * Understanding of SEC and GAAP reporting requirements * Significant project management skills required * Ability to navigate complex tax issues and provide strategic solutions * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities ABOUT MONGODB MongoDB is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market.
