About the job: The IT Intern will assist in maintaining IT infrastructure and provide basic technical support to users. Responsibilities:  * Ensure continuous & uninterrupted operation of the infrastructure of the company and its branches (workstations, printers, networks, etc.).  * Software, hardware & equipment management (installation, configuration, maintenance & management for their correct operation).  * Effectively manage users by understanding, tracking, and addressing their requests, ensuring timely and accurate technical assistance aligned with their needs and priorities.  * Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.  Requirements: * Student or recent graduate of Information Technology or Computer Science studies * Good communication skills in English. * Eager to learn new tools and technologies. * Team player with a proactive and organized approach. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
