What You'll Do As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems. You will provide hands-on support to our employees, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our IT assets, implementing new technologies, and contributing to projects that enhance our infrastructure. You * Have 4+ years of experience with critical IT systems and services supporting user productivity, SaaS services, inventory management, and customer service. * Have experience troubleshooting across multiple client operating system / application platforms * Have experience with basic networking configuration and troubleshooting * Pays attention to detail and has the ability to produce high quality documentation * You are action-oriented and have a strong willingness to learn * Are an excellent communicator and thrives in an engineering centric environment Nice to Have * Specific experience with Google, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platform and service infrastructure * MDM configuration and management experience (JAMF, Intune) * SaaS IDP administration experience (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Okta preferred) * Experience working with regulatory and compliance overlays * Experience with day to day use of Atlassian software products Salary Range Information The annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
