IT Support Technician Egham, Surrey | Full-Time | £25,000 – £26,000 We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused IT Support Technician to join our growing team at 4th Dimension Innovation. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting others, and keeping systems running smoothly, this could be a great next step in your career. 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing As part of our IT team, you’ll play an important role in supporting colleagues across the business and helping ensure day-to-day operations run effectively. * Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries via our Help Desk system * Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues across hardware and software * Set up and configure desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers * Prepare devices for new starters using company-standard systems * Support users across Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 * Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory and Outlook * Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and stock levels * Assist with mobile device setup (phones and tablets) * Support office technology including meeting rooms and desk setups * Provide basic remote support for home-based colleagues * Escalate more complex issues to senior IT team members when needed 🌱 What We’re Looking For We’re keen to hear from people with a range of backgrounds and experiences.
