Mission: As a Product Manager with Business Analyst skills, you will play a pivotal role in translating stakeholder requirements into actionable technical specifications, driving high-impact product decisions and enhancing the user experience within the financial services sector. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with product owners to understand user journeys and gather requirements. * Translate requirements into tickets for data engineers, facilitating data-driven decisions. * Develop dashboards and monitoring tools using Tableau, PowerBI, or Amplitude. * Work closely with engineering teams to ensure optimal feature implementation. * Maintain effective communication with global stakeholders and present findings regularly. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in high-growth tech environments. * Strong understanding of platform products, particularly back-end logic and API integrations. * Ability to independently navigate complex discoveries and technical domains. * Fluent English for daily collaboration with international teams. Differentials: * Experience in querying large datasets to map user journeys. * Familiarity with Financial clients and projects related to data.  * Experience with data migration and tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Redshift. * Strong analytical skills to validate hypotheses and prioritize demands.
