歡迎對以下工作內容有興趣的直播運營專員加入我們的大家庭！【工作說明】 * 跟播管理：負責直播現場跟進與節奏控管，協助主播順利完成播出。 * 直播技巧：指導主播直播話術與互動技巧，提升個人魅力。 * 社群營運：策動直播間熱鬧氛圍，操作互動活動以提升粉絲黏著度與活躍度。【時間說明】 * 休假制度：排班制，原則週休二日，遇特殊檔期配合換休。 * 班別時段：下午 2 點至凌晨 2 點間排班，每班固定 9 小時（含1小時休息）
