BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER Barcelona, Spain | Full-time | Office-first ---------------------------------------- ABOUT THE TEAM The Merchant Care Business Operations team sits at the heart of how SumUp supports millions of small businesses every day. We're a data-driven, cross-functional team focused on making Merchant Care run smarter — through process improvement, performance tracking, and operational planning. This role is a real opportunity to get hands-on experience across a broad operational landscape early in your career, working alongside experienced colleagues who'll support your growth from day one. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU'LL DO * Monitor and maintain Merchant Care performance dashboards, turning data into clear operational insights * Support and manage small-to-medium projects end-to-end, collaborating with teams across Revenue Operations, Data, and CRM Operations * Identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for improvement across operational workflows * Prepare structured reporting and analysis to support decision-making by Merchant Care leadership * Work closely with external business process partners to ensure alignment on operational goals ---------------------------------------- YOU'LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF… * Experience working with data in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, reporting, and data manipulation * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and translate them into practical recommendations * Comfort managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, knowing when to act independently and when to escalate * Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to explain operational concepts to non-technical colleagues * Fluency in English, both written and spoken ---------------------------------------- WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN SUMUP * 🌎 Opportunity to work with SumUppers globally on large-scale fintech products used by millions of businesses worldwide, from our Barcelona office.
