As a Junior International Event Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, organization and execution of higher education events worldwide. You will be responsible for logistics management - venue selection, catering, transportation and other. You will also be negotiating contracts with vendors, managing the event budget, coordinating with the stakeholders, and also play a key role in on-site management and post-event evaluation.   What will your job look like?   * Planning, organizing and executing international events in the field of higher education * Leading negotiations and coordination with venues, catering companies and other vendors * Managing the event budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring the event expenses stay within financial constraints * Playing an active role in the on-site event management by overseeing operations, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring smooth execution during * Ensuring the smooth coordination with other internal and external stakeholders for each dedicated event * Taking active part in event debriefing meetings, gathering feedback and analyzing the results in order to suggest and implement improvements   N.B.
