As a Lead Anti-Fraud Analyst, you will be leading a team responsible for designing and maintaining automated trading abuse monitoring solutions. The role focuses on real-time exposure control, execution risk monitoring, and analytical tooling in a high-frequency trading environment. Responsibilities: * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of risk analysts and developers working on automated risk and monitoring solutions. * Act as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for complex trading issues. * Design, oversee, and continuously improve analytical models to identify abnormal trading behavior. * Work closely with the Dealing department to align automated risk control processes with operational workflows. * Lead the enhancement of risk policies, limits, and control frameworks.
