SCHEDULE Monday - Thursday, 5:30am - 4:30pm or Friday - Sunday, 6:30am - 9:00pm CORE JOB DUTIES  * Lead, train, and direct Operators to execute daily production against schedule  * Prioritize workflow and assign tasks to maintain throughput and minimize downtime  * Operate and oversee RollPros equipment, including setup, start-up, adjustments, and changeovers  * Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate mechanical or systemic barriers as needed  * Perform and oversee quality checks, sampling, and testing to ensure product standards  * Ensure accurate production tracking, reporting, and Block Tracker completion  * Maintain adherence to SOPs, GMP standards, and state compliance requirements; complete, verify, and print compliance forms and labels with accuracy  * Communicate issues, risks, and improvement opportunities to Supervisors in real time  * Execute and support seed-to-sale system actions (e.g., inventory moves, batch creation, adjustments) with accuracy * Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment, including proper equipment cleaning during and after production  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS   * Demonstrated experience training, leading and/or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred.    * Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.   * Advanced knowledge of RollPros or similar automated production equipment  * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced production environment  * High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a regulated environment  * Strong Leadership skills     * Effective communication skills   * Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure   * Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner   * Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task   * Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment   * Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus   * Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.  * Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.   * Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.  BENEFITS Cresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA/HSA programs, LTD/STD options, life insurance and AD&D.  We also offer eligible employees paid holidays and paid time off.  Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses, stock options as well as participation in our employee discount program.
