The impact you will have: * Lead and manage complex enterprise and strategic customer accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and value delivery. * Serve as a role model within Field Engineering, embodying Databricks' core principles and acting as a recognised leader. * Collaborate with Field Engineering leadership to mentor and guide the development of Solutions Architects and Senior SAs, fostering team growth. * Enhance Databricks' technical community presence by developing impactful customer-facing materials and leading workshops, seminars, and industry events. * Contribute to the development and implementation of regional best practices and efficient processes to improve team effectiveness. * Cultivate a strong internal network within Databricks, building key relationships with stakeholders across various specialist and product teams.
