You will be mentored directly by ClearView managers, who have a wealth of experience in life sciences consulting. As a Full-Time Analyst, you will play a key role on project teams that span a wide range of strategic focus areas across the organization. This includes meaningful exposure to our core Pillars, which may encompass New Product Planning, Pricing & Market Access, Investor Relations, Launch & Commercialization, Diagnostics/Medtech, and Corporate Strategy. This cross-functional experience is designed to accelerate your professional development while contributing to high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our business.  Responsibilities  You will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. During a typical project, you will engage in several activities, including:  * Assess complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach  * Primary and secondary research to drive to critical insights  * Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making  * Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value   At ClearView, you will have the opportunity to work on many projects and refine a broad range of expertise, skills, and connections that will heighten your career.  Requirements  The successful Life Sciences Analyst candidate must have the following skills and experience:  * Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree majoring or minoring in Life Sciences with a graduation date by Summer 2027  * Demonstrated interest in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of internships, research, and club participation  * Desire to work for a mission driven organization   * Strong written and oral communication skills  * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)  * Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate research synthesis  and deliver insights faster than traditional methods  * Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment  * Demonstrated leadership abilities  * Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems    The first-year base salary for this position is $92,500.    In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.    When applying for this position, please be aware that cohort start dates are scheduled for Summer 2027.
