JOIN OUR TEAM AS A LITIGATION ATTORNEY AT AXIOM LOCATION: REMOTE We are seeking a Consumer Arbitration & Litigation attorney to support a leading financial services client with a high-volume portfolio of consumer arbitrations. This is a hands-on opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys active case management, litigation strategy, and direct advocacy. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage a portfolio of consumer arbitration matters from inception through resolution. * Review evidence, including customer communications and recorded calls, to develop case strategy. * Handle discovery and collaborate with in-house legal stakeholders on case management. * Represent the client in arbitration hearings and other dispute resolution proceedings. * Effectively manage interactions with opposing counsel and advance matters toward resolution. QUALIFICATIONS: * Active Florida bar license. * Litigation experience, including courtroom, hearing, or advocacy experience. * Ability to independently manage a caseload and work with minimal supervision. * Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. * Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. PREFERRED SKILLS: * Arbitration experience, particularly consumer arbitration matters. * Experience in consumer financial services, debt-related disputes, or similar litigation.
