A Class Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated female Live-In Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Responsibilities * Provide 24-hour live-in care support to clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence. * Follow personalised care plans tailored to each client’s needs. * Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, medication management, and mobility. * Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with clients and team members. * Promote a positive environment that respects clients’ dignity and preferences. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. * Build trusting relationships with clients to enhance their quality of life. * Qualifications * DBS update service * Proven experience in home care or similar roles is preferred. * Valid driving license is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills in English. * Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude. * Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately. * Basic IT skills for documentation purposes. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work If you are passionate about making a difference in people's lives and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
