MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Serve as the initial customer contact in the Lonoke Branch. Primary responsibilities include: * Checks, receipts, deposits, inquiries * Loan support * Managing files * Provide administrative support to the branch office team   CRITICAL COMPETENCIES INCLUDE: * Excellent customer service skills * Strong verbal and interpersonal skills * Organization skills with a preference for detailed work with high accuracy * Loan processing is a plus REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:        Requires a high school diploma. Prefer 2+ years of progressive experience in a financial institution or related office environment.  Ability to work with a variety of people. Ability to effectively use various computer applications. Knowledge of office practices and loan processing/servicing procedures is desired.
