ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY About This Onsite Opportunity: * Scope of Support: This opportunity requires a generalist scope of practice, as it involves supporting employees through a wide variety of conditions, which could be related to work or personal challenges. * Customer Environment: This Customer is a dynamic organization, and their specific support needs will likely evolve during the contract term. As such, new requests for additional services may arise as the Customer’s needs change SCOPE OF SERVICES Scope of Services: Contracted at 8 hours per week Requested schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 10-2pm (can be flexible on exact hours, if needed Requested start date: September 1st Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment (from a private, on-site office (remove if virtual-only)) Conduct manager and clinical consultations   Support urgent or same-day assessments as needed and when available  Conscientious adherence to confidentiality issues, and the ability to act in compliance with local laws, regulations, and appropriate industry guidelines Comply with professional standards and workplace safety  Coordinate and effectively communicate with Lyra team members and the employer's key contact Develop and facilitate brief psychoeducational trainings or “lunch and learns” to employees (in collaboration with the employer and Lyra) Participate in customer-sponsored events such as tabling events, customer-driven Lyra marketing opportunities, or customer-sponsored initiatives Leverage the Lyra platform as the standardized tool for care documentation and schedule management to ensure program consistency PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS * Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology from an accredited college or university JOB DESCRIPTION * Unrestricted license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action * Skilled in exclusively providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, Exposure therapy) * Experience with employee population is primarily manufacturing. * Previous experience delivering trainings, teaching, or public speaking * Full-time resident of the United States PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience providing mental health clinical consultation * Previous EAP experience * Experience developing content for presentations QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS Demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to evolve with the unique and changing needs of our Customers Demonstrates a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the member population, ensuring equitable access and effective support Eager to learn and develop competencies in delivering new innovative behavior change approaches via technology Comfort and demonstrated experience with technology tools used to create efficiencies in workflows and track client progress Demonstrates multicultural competencies and the ability to operate from an individual frame of reference across geographies, diverse groups, and cultures Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening) Grounded in cultural humility with a deep commitment to culturally responsive care and DEIB Independent, open-minded, non-judgmental, compassionate, flexible, good humor Passionate about mental health We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
