Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment under the direction of the Building Supervisor.  Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; painting, performs grounds maintenance such as snow removal, sanding, on call responsibilities, and other maintenance tasks as required. Our ideal candidate: * Basic computer skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Must be able to lift 50lbs. * Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others. * High School Diploma or GED required. * Valid driver’s license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience. * Experience in the following preferred: maintenance, groundskeeping, painting, repairs, carpentry, electrical, etc. Employees at Aspire enjoy working with a collaborative and dedicated team that values a culture of belonging and care.
