This would include every other weekend, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.   job purpose:  The Maintenance Technical Supervisor provides frontline maintenance leadership for an assigned 12-hour shift within a 24/7 fairlife manufacturing operation. This role leads technicians, coordinates shift maintenance activities, supports safe and reliable equipment performance, and ensures strong communication between shifts and cross-functional partners.
