Job Title: Manager of Accreditation  Classification: Institutional Support  Reports To: Director, Office of Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness Location: Jahra, Kuwait   About The American International University  American International University (AIU) is a private institution in Kuwait, founded in 2019, offering undergraduate programs based on the American model of higher education. The University is committed to fostering intellectual, cultural, and personal growth, preparing graduates for leadership roles in a global society.    For more information, visit: www.aiu.edu.kw  Job Purpose   The Manager of Accreditation supports the accreditation process and program review by coordinating documentation, compliance reporting, and communication with accrediting bodies. The role ensures institutional readiness for initial accreditation, renewals, and site visits, and works closely with academic and administrative units to maintain compliance with accreditation standards.  Key Responsibilities   * Coordinate institutional and program accreditation documentation and submissions  * Support the preparation of accreditation self-studies, reports, and evidence files  * Maintain accreditation records, calendars, and compliance documentation  * Liaise with academic and administrative units to ensure timely and accurate data submission  * Support preparation and logistics for accreditation site visits  * Monitor compliance with accreditation standards and follow-up requirements  * Assist in drafting accreditation-related reports, policies, and procedures  * Provide regular accreditation status updates to leadership  * Perform other duties as assigned    Required Skills and Qualifications   * Knowledge of higher education accreditation standards and processes  * Strong organizational and documentation management skills  * High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines  * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English  * Ability to work effectively with diverse academic and administrative stakeholders  * Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications    Education and Experience   * Master’s degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field (required)  * Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in accreditation, compliance, or quality assurance  * Higher education experience required     How to Apply  Interested candidates should visit the Job Opportunities section on our website and submit a resume and cover letter via: https://aiu.edu.kw/careers/jobs    Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
