ABOUT THIS ROLE The Manager of Security owns the day-to-day administration of the company's TSA-approved security program and ensures full compliance across our on-demand and public charter operations. Operating a fleet of 7+ jet aircraft over 12,500 lbs maximum certificated takeoff weight, the company is governed by the TSA Twelve-Five Standard Security Program (TFSSP) and conducts by-the-seat public charter service under DOT/14 CFR Part 380. This role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving security procedures—including passenger and accessible property screening, restricted-area and aircraft access controls, threat response, and personnel vetting—while serving as the primary liaison to the TSA and other government stakeholders.   This position is central to protecting our guests, crews, and aircraft while enabling the seamless, elevated experience our public charter guests expect.
