IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL * Strategically Guide Tech Recruiting: Partner closely with key stakeholders in senior leadership and C-suite roles to synchronize talent acquisition strategies with broader business priorities. Build and evolve a framework that positions tech recruiting as a proactive business partner * Drive Operational Excellence: Refine, optimize and enable recruiting systems and workflows to ensure highly efficient execution. Empower your team to deliver measurable outcomes through best practices, streamlined processes, and innovative tools that drive scalability * Coach, Develop, and Lead Your Team: Provide intentional leadership to your group of high-performing recruiters. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
