About Adventurer Manufacturing:  We are a family run business building outdoor adventure vehicles since 1969.   Our success has been driven through our focus on building not only great products but building a great experience, team, and community.  Our vision is to deliver an experience that is all about the adventure and where it leads.  An experience that enables our customers to explore the possibilities for generations.  Overview:  As we take our business into the next 50 years, we have identified the need to expand our Manufacturing Engineering Team to drive our customer experience through improved process, design planning and product accuracy.   The Manufacturing Engineer I is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through BOM management, material optimizations, cut list creation and CNC programming. This is a hands-on role that will have direct impact on our Product Development and Manufacturing processes.  Responsibilities:  * Create and maintain CNC programs using AlphaCAM software. Identify and implement improvements to the CNC programming and manufacturing processes  * Create and manage production cut list and material optimizations  * Support the development of manufacturing processes and documentation of visual standard work   * Support problem solving and corrective actions related to manufacturing processes   * Support the design, creation, tracking and control of manufacturing jigs and fixtures  * Promote and support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities    Qualifications:   * Bachelor’s degree in a Manufacturing related field or equivalent work experience required  * 1-5 years working in a manufacturing related field required  * Drawing experience using AutoCad Inventor, SolidWorks or equivalent 3D drawing program a plus  * Basic CNC programming skills using AlphaCAM, Master CAM or similar program required  * Must have a strong attention to detail   * Must be assertive with excellent organizational and time management skills  * Must be skilled at trouble shooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems that arise.  * Must have ability to work in a fast-paced production and engineering environment    Benefits:  * A culture that values opportunity for growth and development.  * Competitive base pay with PTO and paid Holidays.  * Wage: $55k-$75k Annually DOQ  * Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance benefit programs.  * Company match 401(k) retirement savings program.  * Equal Opportunity Employer  * Drug Free Workplace
