ROLE SCOPE * Own the launch: take the factory from installation through first units to rate production against a dated ramp. * Run the launch war room: readiness across equipment, people, parts, and quality tracked daily to green. * Force the cross-functional calls: what ships, what slips, and what gets fixed this week. * Build the launch playbook so the second factory launches faster than the first. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * The below is a starting point.
